Cold Wind Blowing

There was a cold wind blowing today so I decided to stay off the moors and instead have a walk from Wilderswood, past the Japanese Gardens, over the seven arch bridge and up to the Pigeon Tower, before returning along Georges Lane.

Small ornamental pool just below the Pigeon Tower. I’m told that Lord Leverhulme swam here occasionally, though I don’t think he would want to take a dip in it now as it’s mud and weed fillled.
