The Wrinkly Rambler

Pleasant walks with camera and three dogs

Short Walk on Winter Hill

It was a lovely sunny afternoon so I decided to walk the dogs over Winter Hill. I parked on the edge of Wilderswood and we walked up the path leading up onto the Winter Hill road. From there we made our way via the ruins of the old brick works at Hole Bottoms and then up the former rail track to the top of Winter Hill. We then took the path back down across the moor towards Two Lads Hill before descending to Georges Lane and back to the car.
